2010 Pinot Noir

This is, once again, a classic Burgundian Pinot – floral notes, lavendar, earth and spice on the nose leading to soft forest floor, minerality, cherry cola and light toast on the palate. Once sipped, it transforms into everything Pinot – light yet enticing, soft yet complex. Drink in pleasure with soft cheeses and antipasto or serve with lighter foods, such as fish, turkey, light pasta dishes, or grains and veggies. Pinot is sublime and complex all at once – always the prince!
